Every plan includes unlimited yearly inspections and unlimited team members. The Smart Frame Camera and Social Media Slide Show are always free, and direct upload to ARMLS is included. A turnover is one lease’s move-in and move-out inspection, with everything in between. It uses one of your monthly turnovers as soon as you start an inspection, floor plan, Twilight or Staging edit, or video reel for it.

How a turnover is counted
A turnover starts as soon as you add an address and start an inspection, floor plan, Twilight or Staging edit, or video reel. You don’t need to know the tenant yet. Using part of a turnover still counts as one. You can close any turnover with one tap.
Keep the same address and owner, and add a new tenant when the lease changes. Each new tenant at that address is a new turnover. Anything more you do for the same tenant at the same address stays in that turnover.
Unused turnovers and floor plans roll over for up to 90 days, up to one extra month’s allotment. Virtual Twilight and Staging edits on a plan reset each month. Purchased packs never expire.
Extra turnovers are $25 each on Starter and Standard and $20 each on Growth and Scale, or you can upgrade at any time. The monthly plan fee is collected in advance.
If you cancel, you keep access to every inspection you have done, and you can finish open turnovers at any time. The Smart Frame Camera and Social Media Slide Show stay free.
Team members
Unlimited team members on every plan. Each person has their own profile. A profile owner can invite people at no extra charge and choose what they can open.
