Reports can be signed by the tenant and the inspector or property manager. The manager can email reports for signature. Authorized people, including people on the lease, owners, brokers, government agents, courts, vendors, and others who need access, may receive reports, including the combined condition report.
Tenant self-inspection
Invite the tenant into the same app. Review the submission. Ask for corrections to specific rooms, photos, or notes, or send an inspector when needed. The tenant sees the property manager and their own name.
